Prior to joining DCA, Ruby was a Business Lending Associate where she performed comprehensive credit assessments across a broad range of sectors – including commercial real estate, manufacturing, education, franchising, healthcare and retail. With experience structuring a diverse range of lending products, including secured and unsecured business term debt, overdrafts, trade and working capital facilities and equipment finance, Ruby has developed a strong track record of delivering tailored financing solutions to meet the unique needs of each client and business.

Ruby holds a Master of Applied Economics from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and Finance from the University of Melbourne. He also gained commercial lending experience, supporting brokers through the full loan lifecycle and ensuring compliance and risk standards were met.
